One of the objectives of ECHO is to constantly conduct field research and advocacy in the form of field surveys, pilot projects by collaborating with government, NGOs, seed industry, relevant experts etc., ECHO while experiencing and learning through various field level projects and strategic deliberations, also aims at sharing these learnings in the form of Knowledge Papers. These well documented experiential learnings, will guide and support relevant stakeholders to understand various complexities and insights to promote and comply with decent work standards. Further, these knowledge papers aid as guideline documents to all interested stakeholders to emulate and replicate while framing their approaches and strategies in their areas of interest especially for promoting social compliance in seed supply chain
