ECHO organizes Executive Committee meetings once in a quarter with a definite quorum and ensures active participation of members. A proper agenda for each meeting is pre-fixed and communicated. The ECHO President or their nominee will chair these meetings, and the meeting proceedings will be properly recorded and communicated.
